Always good to see old friends 😊 by @emanrun

Congratulations, Chris and Andi! It was an honor to be a part of this and an even bigger one to be a part of your lives.

What a fun weekend—eating all the foods, dancing all the dances, making all the friends, seeing all the donkeys (among other farm animals during a neat breakfast stop), eating all the ice cream (which was the best part of the wedding on site, mind you 🙃), and celebrating this special milestone with Chris and Andi.

I also made sure my buddy Eli was doing okay since he officially “lost” his former best gym buddy. by @emanrun

And just like that this year’s high school/middle school wrestling season is over. It’s been a joy to continue to be around this sport. Growing and learning each time I step on the mat. The ref life isn’t meant to be perfect. Yet we strive in doing so while being as fair as possible. If you disagree, give it a try sometime.

PS: Congrats to the hometown state champs. That title is a good feeling huh? 🙂

This past Wednesday evening was my sister-in-law's graduation, but the night turned out to be even more special when I bumped into my “prom date” - always awesome to see family/friends succeed 🙂

“One of the ways we #neverforget is to name the ones of those we lost.”

My yearly post to never forget “Sandy”. As well as doing today’s CrossFit/RIDZO workout in her honor.

Sandra D. Teague, 31, was aboard American Airlines Flight 77 when it smashed into the Pentagon.

I had the honor of meeting and seated alongside her mother, Elaine Teague, in 2021 on a return flight home. Ironically her from DC for a memorial service for victims like her daughter and myself from New York for a @goruck event honoring the fallen like her daughter. Truly an honor to hear stories about her “Sandy”.

“She was just really into living and sharing life. In a lot of ways she was like a small child, just beginning to realize what life was about and full of the fun of taking it all in.”

-Elaine Teague, mother

“Dearest Summer, I will just miss you so. I am never fully compete without you. Screw the Fall people & the Winter people. They’ll just never understand you. Till I see you soon again.”

Great start to last weekend with my gym fam, helping Chico in the woods, amputating an eye…..almost, paths for days, finding treasures. Next day was time with my church family. Shortly after hopping back on the GORUCK saddle with a fun event to end the weekend. With a great Cadre who loves his yoga as much as much as biking. Biking from Pittsburgh, PA to Florida raising money for the @specialforcestrust along the way. Seeing old friends and making new ones is always a treat as well.

#throwbackthrusday to this time last week playing volleyball till we couldn’t see no more (which was 10pm in Romania). Playing with old and new friends while working on my overhand serve….kind of. We played almost every afternoon after serving our Romanian neighbors alongside several of our friends pictured.

After being gone over a week at the gym, I came in to a belated bday gift today. Thanks to the Ridzo 6am class for my new @2poodperformance weightlifting belt.

Although I could do without Chad Kroegen(Nickleback) on it 🤦🏽‍♂️. Let’s not forget the that………talking to you @eli_tick_performance . Much appreciated nonetheless.
