I never thought it would happen to me…

But pain buried alive will always find a way out.

Three weeks ago, I had a stroke.
I eat clean. I train hard. I do “everything right.”

But the truth is… sometimes the battles aren’t just physical. They’re spiritual.

Buried anger. Unforgiveness. Pain I never faced.
It caught up to me.

But God, in His mercy, gave me another chance.

I got baptized. I buried the old me.
I’m walking now in the spirit, not in the flesh.

If you’re holding onto anger, bitterness, or numbness…
It’s time to let go.
Forgiveness isn’t for them — it’s for you.

I’m grateful to still have my voice today…
Because maybe it’s meant to help you find yours.

You’re not looking at progress.
You’re looking at outcomes.

Slide one is what happens when standards rise.
Strength compounds.
Presence sharpens.
The future gets heavier in the right way.

Slide two is what happens when comfort leads.
Not all at once.
Quietly.
One excuse at a time until the mirror feels unfamiliar.

Slide three is what happens when you drift.
Not broken.
Not strong.
Just smaller.
Softer.
Less edge.
Less hunger.
Less you.

This isn’t about becoming better.
It’s about killing the version of you that keeps choosing comfort.
Ending the cycle.
Burning the old standards to ash.

No negotiation.
No carryover.
No “I’ll start later.”

Slide four is the only one that’s real.
Right now.
Today.

This is the God in me revealed.
Not my strength.
His.

I came through darkness
to walk in the light
and help others find their way out of it.

And He’s not finished redefining me.
I’m ready to meet who He’s creating next.

Because time doesn’t pause.
It multiplies whatever you tolerate.

Standards decide who you become.
Time just reveals the result. by @emanuelscottfitt

The sweet tooth be testing me. by @emanuelscottfitt

You’re tired of getting your hopes up.

You get a few good days in. You feel better. You think you’re finally getting somewhere.

Then you miss a workout. Order whatever’s easy. And that thought comes back.

“Here we go again.”

What hurts is remembering how serious you were when you said this time would be different.

You want to feel comfortable in your clothes. Have more energy. Stop wondering where you’d be if you’d kept going.

But missing one day doesn’t mean you can’t do this.

Before you try to change everything again look at the moment you usually stop. What happens there? What would make it easier to keep going?

That’s where we start. Not with another promise to be perfect.

You want bigger biceps? Here’s how you build them.

Preacher curls on the Prime machine 🔥

3 things I want you to focus on:

1. Keep your elbows locked into the pad.
2. Control the weight on the way down.
3. Get a full stretch and squeeze at the top.

Find you a heavy set of 10. Those last 2 reps should challenge you without breaking form.

Don’t just move the weight. Make the muscle do the work.

Nothing to prove. Everything to live by @emanuelscottfitt

It was never about the meat. It was about the hunt.

The discipline. The sacrifice. The early mornings. The days nobody was watching.

The reward doesn’t define who you are. It reveals what you’ve cultivated.

Fall in love with who you are. Let everything you do flow from that. by @emanuelscottfitt

Somewhere between here and what’s next. by @emanuelscottfitt

You want abs? Start with your habits.

1. Eat enough protein and stay consistent with your nutrition.
2. Train your core with resistance and progressive overload.
3. Get your steps in and prioritize recovery.

You don’t need another secret exercise. You need a standard you refuse to compromise.

Don’t let the discipline fool you 😂 by @emanuelscottfitt

33 today. Grateful God allowed me to see another year 🙏🏾

I’ve learned that pain doesn’t have to consume me. Love is greater than anything I’ve been through.

Not the love of power but the power of love. God’s love. The love of those around me.

And the crazy part is I feel like I’m just getting on my feet.

This is only the beginning🤍 by @emanuelscottfitt

THE ELITE DON’T JUST BUILD BETTER BUSINESSES. THEY BUILD BETTER VERSIONS OF THEMSELVES. 🔥

True transformation happens when you commit to becoming better in EVERY area of your life.

Physically. Mentally. Spiritually. Professionally.

Because success in one area means very little if you’re neglecting the others.

I just spent four incredible days with my coach, Emmanuel Scott, and I’m walking away with a tremendous amount of gratitude, clarity, and a renewed commitment to becoming the best version of myself.

We went deep into training, nutrition, understanding my body, mindset, discipline, and, most importantly, the INTERNAL ALIGNMENT required to operate at a higher level.

The greatest coaches don’t just push you physically. They challenge you mentally, strengthen you spiritually, and expose the areas where you still need to grow.

That’s where real transformation begins.

I’ve learned that the same discipline required to build a successful business is required to build a strong body, deepen your faith, and lead a life of purpose.

Everything is connected. Everything requires intentionality.

The elite never arrive. They never stop learning. They never stop investing in themselves.

They understand that becoming exceptional isn’t about mastering ONE area of life. It’s about relentlessly pursuing growth in ALL of them.

Emmanuel, I’m incredibly grateful for your investment in me, your wisdom, your accountability, and your willingness to push me beyond my comfort zone.

These four days were about so much more than fitness.

They were about ALIGNMENT. CLARITY. DISCIPLINE. AND TRANSFORMATION.

The work continues. The standard keeps rising.

Never stop becoming who God created you to be. 🙏
