Some stories feel familiar long before they’re understood.I saw pieces of myself in Nipsey Hussle. Not because our paths were the same, but because our purpose echoed through similar struggles. Ermias. Emanuel. Two names given by mothers who believed their sons were meant for more.We both came from environments that could have defined us, but refused to let them determine our ending. We shared an interest in technology, community, family, ownership, health, education, and creating opportunities for the next generation. We understood that real wealth isn’t what you keep. it’s what you build and leave behind.The Boys & Girls Club of Albany helped shape my vision before I even knew what that vision was. Brother Yusef introduced me to technology. Lincoln taught discipline and masculinity. Royal taught me how to navigate different worlds while staying true to myself. Through every leadership change, the culture remained: believe in the youth and invest in their future.Today, my mission is bigger than music.It’s about building pathways through STEM, technology, entrepreneurship, financial literacy, and creative arts. It’s about creating spaces where children can see themselves as owners, innovators, inventors, and leaders. It’s about bringing resources back to the neighborhoods that raised us.The goal isn’t fame.The goal is impact.One studio. One classroom. One child. Thoughts 💭. To vision. To planning. To reality. Real estate and Real Property are different. Owning the building is one thing, and owning the air above it, and the ground below it; are different, People will make more houses, God won’t make any new land. Its all taxed differently, subject to change at anytime, & it is treated accordingly & as such. I don’t just do things.
