✨ Hi there! I’m Emma, the face behind EmBear Makes! ✨

I’ve been crocheting for over 12 years, and my love for bright, fun, and creative designs has only grown. Whether it’s adorable amigurumi, cozy garments, or anything inspired by Disney, Barbie, and all things vibrant, crafting is my happy place! 🌈💖

Recently, I’ve started writing my own crochet patterns (you can find them on Etsy and Ribblr) as I dive into the world of design. As a final year medical student, this passion helps me stay inspired and find small ways to help fund my degree.

Thank you for being here and supporting my little creative dream. I can’t wait to share my makes with you all and connect with fellow crafters! 🧶💕

✨ Some of my beloved plushie creations are now looking for new homes! 🧸💖

I’ve poured so much love (and yarn!) into these pieces — Appa, Baymax, Grogu (aka baby yoda), rubber ducky, balloon dog, and Miffy.

It’s hard to let them go, but I need to make space for new makes and ideas 🌈🧶

💌 They’re available now in my Etsy shop — link in bio!

🎁 Use code EMBEARSAVE20 for an exclusive discount at checkout.

🌟 Each plushie is one-of-a-kind and made with love. Grab them before they’re gone!

It was a pleasure learning lots of new stitches, and finally using up loads of my scrap yarn making the #happyscrappycal blanket by @hookedme_ on ribblr.
I love how chaotic and eclectic it turned out.

Crocheted myself a crochet basket to hold my crochet things 🧶😆

Found this jumbo chenille yarn in The Range, and just had to have it! This stuff was 2cm in diameter!😮 (you can see how big it is in the last photo, comparing to other yarn I bought). It was good fun and so quick to use.. I finished this in a few hours, and it about 40cm diameter and 30-36cm tall. I used my 15mm hook.
