What an incredible evening at the @columbusmuseum for Queer Constellations! 🎨✨

Founder @monicalehman26 and Associate Publisher @dwayneasteward were honored to attend and take in the powerful, vibrant work on display. Events like this remind us how vital it is to continuously elevate queer stories, honor their history, and center LGBTQ+ voices across our community. Every story shared helps broaden our understanding and build a more inclusive future.

Your story belongs in this constellation, too. We want to hear from you!

“It is extremely important to me to be visible, because I did not see images of my full self growing up”.

Meet LuSter P. Singleton (he/him/they), a 65-year-old, trans-masc of center, queer-identified Appalachian who proudly claims an Ohio “queer-billy” identity. For LuSter, stepping into the spotlight isn’t just about sharing a personal journey; it’s about providing the representation and visibility he wished he had early on.

Through Ember Media Group LLC’s SEEN series, we celebrate real people, real stories, and LGBTQ+ voices in Central Ohio in their own words. Share your story via link in bio. 🔗 🌈 #614 #columbusohio #embercolumbus #queercolumbus #centralohio by @embercolumbus

Hear from Founder Monica Lehman as she shares the heart and vision behind Ember Media Group! 🎥✨

After 22 years of building businesses, Monica saw too many incredible people operating in isolated silos. Ember was founded to bring Central Ohio’s LGBTQ+ community together- founders, funders, parents, and allies alike- to network, support one another, and build real connections.

Drop a 🌈 in the comments to show your support for connected local communities!
