There is strength in stillness 🌊
Choosing silence over seeking validation ☀️
Have you ever sent a message, then found yourself checking your phone, waiting for a reply? OR …. replayed a conversation in your mind, wanting reassurance that everything is okay?

Often, it’s not the situation we are reacting to BUT the feelings underneath it that are seeking validation, reassurance or certainty.
Sometimes when we react straight away, we are looking for reassurance or a validating response.

✨ Instead, sit with it.
✨ Pause before reacting.
✨ Notice what you’re feeling.

Give yourself space to understand the lesson before responding.
Not every situation needs an immediate reaction.
Silence can bring the clarity that emotions cannot.
