✨🌹Yesterday was Mary Magdalene’s Day, and for the first time, I felt a deep calling to celebrate and honor her. 🌹✨
✨It was a day held by a high frequency feminine energy, an invitation to feel and remember the essence of our truth, the wisdom that lives within us, the voice of intuition, and the power of the sacred feminine in union with the sacred masculine.

🙏🏽It was also a day to receive and share messages. Messages that Mary Magdalene and Jesus continue to transmit through those of us who keep our channel open, clear, and willing to serve love, consciousness, and truth.

She reminds us that when her energy is present, it cannot be ignored.

It is not an idea or belief, it’s a presence felt in the body, womb, blood, and heart a deep remembrance that awakens the memory of who we truly are.

I am deeply grateful to all the women who have been feeling the call to REMEMBER 🌹

💫 He bailado toda mi vida, he pisado escenarios internacionales con grandes ovaciones, he tenido en mis manos medallas y reconocimientos… pero nada en el camino de la danza me preparó para sentir el cuerpo en su máxima expresión, no las extensiones de piernas, no los giros, no los saltos, no las complejas secuencias coreográficas.

💫El cuerpo es su máxima expresión es la conexión con la divinidad, con la expansión más allá de lo tangible, es el vehículo de la experiencia humana del alma, es la encarnación de la luz infinita.

🙏🏽Dios, mi Dios el que comprende lo masculino y lo femenino en la misma frecuencia, intensidad y son gerarquía alguna, nos entregó el cuerpo físico para experimentar la vida humana a travez suyo, un lugar seguro para el alma sin limitaciones, con la capacidad de ser canal entre el cielo y la tierra, con la capacidad de sanarse y de auto regenerase por sí solo.

💃🏽Moverme para mí hoy es recordar eso que se me fue dado sin el velo de las creencias humanas sobre el cuerpo, es entrar en un trance de conexión profunda con Dios y con la gran Diosa GAIA la soberana de toda energía Crística tangible.

🌹Hoy me muevo para habitarme, para ir cada vez más adentro para encontrar las paz que el afuera me sigue quitando en el día a día con la rapidez y la imagen esperada.

☀️6:00 AM is the new happy hour.

😜I can’t do it every day but when I do it my mood changes the whole day. 💃🏽

🙌🏽And the best is that insomnia episodes reduced to 1 or 2 per moth, after being dealing with several weeks of not being able to sleep more that 2 hours per night. 😵‍💫

🌑I’m loving this way of integrating astrology and available energy into the body. My intuition lead me to bring everything into the body to stop understanding it from the mind, stop analyzing it, and stop holding it from reason.

🙏🏽If my soul chose this body to incarnate and move through this life, I commit to it feeling safe and at home, no matter what happens outside.

For year I looked for home everywhere except in my own body.

Home isn’t outside. It never was.

There’s a version of you that already knows how to move no mirror-checking, no “getting it right,” just her body answering the drum.

This isn’t a dance class. There’s no choreography to memorize, no steps to get wrong. It’s a circle with Afro beats, belly dance, Latin rhythm, all held together by one simple invitation: ✨let your body remember✨

No experience. No judgment. No performing for anyone.

💃🏼Just you, the music, and permission to feel sexy, soft, powerful, silly, whatever you are that night, in your own skin, at your own pace.

I keep coming back to this because every time I dance like this, I leave lighter. Less in my head, more in my body. And I want that for you too.

This is my prayer 🙏🏽 my meditation 🧘🏽‍♀️my healing path ❤️‍🩹 my truth 💫

Dance chose me since my past lives, and I have been remembering the ritual this journey has been for this life.

I have crossed the bridge from dancing for the show, for performance, for others, to allowing my soul to express itself amply and freely, without complexes, without taboos, without self-criticism.

Because the movement of the body is the integration of what the soul came to live and experience in this cycle.

🦋Today we carry so much information about how to heal our wounds and trauma, but what happens when all of that knowledge stays trapped in the mind and never quite makes it down into the body?

😐That’s exactly what happened to me, I felt surrounded by books, courses, mentorships, and therapies, all of them beautiful, necessary, and deeply valuable in their moment, and for which I hold immense gratitude, yet day after day, year after year of healing work, my mind kept whispering that something was still missing, that therapy alone wasn’t enough, that maybe I’d never truly get there.

Until, finally, 🌹the call came to return home to my body, to movement, to dance, to embody everything I had learned and let it settle into my bones through my beloved dance.💃🏽

🧿Sister!! You deserve to feel complete and integrated in your healing process, so please choose your own medicine, connect with your intuition and follow what makes your soul rise.

💃🏽 And if your call is to come back to your body through the medicine of DANCE I’m here to dance with you!!!

❤️‍🩹Visibility Wound

This is the week of the month when I usually retreat into my cave and have zero energy for being visible, whether on social media or in person.

I’m still honoring my CAVE TIME because I love it and neeeded, but as I’m intentionally working on my visibility wound, this month I’m choosing a little ✨SOFT VISIBILITY✨ 🪶

Instead of disappearing completely, I’m intentionally sharing my energy only with the spaces, opportunities, and people my intuition guides me toward.

Less performing. More aligning.

Less obligation. More resonance.

Protecting the energy while staying gently connected feels like the sweet spot right now.

🙃My left side is the one that talks to me the most.

😵‍💫It’s the side that feels the most uncomfortable when I move. I even record myself during my free-movement practice so I can see which parts of me might be intentionally holding back or staying stuck.

💃🏽I can feel it pretty clearly, my right side usually leads or initiates the movement, while my left side feels heavier and less fluid.

🌷To me, it feels connected to my feminine side, my lineage, and the parts of me that are still processing and integrating experiences, both conscious and unconscious.

👉🏽What about you? Is there a part of your body that feels tense, heavy, or uncomfortable when you move freely?
