Meet Alyssa, founder of EMBR | HYROX Training Zone.

Soccer was her first standard: NCAA captain and MVP, assistant college coach, semi-pro player. Then came strength: Bodybuilding, Olympic Weightlifting, CrossFit, and a top-3 finish in NGA Natural Figure. Then she found HYROX, competing across multiple individual and mixed double races over the past couple of years 🏃‍♀️

Different sports. Same standard.

The same shaped her career: nearly a decade at Goldman Sachs followed by a move into renewable energy, building a career in high-performance, fast-paced environments.

She couldn't find the gym she wanted, so she built it: a place where strength meets endurance, progress is measurable, and everyday people train like athletes 🏋️

The next start line is ours. Palm Beach County, opening soon!

Swipe through her story and drop a welcome for Alyssa below ⬇️

We’re one step closer to bringing EMBR to Palm Beach County, and Alyssa made sure that “For Lease” sign came down in true EMBR fashion 💪

South Florida’s first official HYROX Training Zone now has a home: 1100 N Congress Ave, Suite 120, Boynton Beach, FL 33426

Next up: building the space where we’ll train, push each other, and embrace the standard. Follow along as we bring EMBR to life.

Palm Beach County, who’s ready? 🔥

This past week, we’ve shown you who we’re looking for:
🔥 Coaches who see people
🔥 Coaches who love HYROX
🔥 Coaches who want to build something, not just fill a time slot

Before we open applications to everyone, we’re reaching out to the people who raised their hand first.

This is your chance to be one of them. Comment COACH below. 👇

Know a coach who belongs on this team? Tag them before it’s too late.
