Five things I did after my kids were in a car accident with their Nanny to help them process the event and not have it be stored as a traumatic.

luckily, everyone walked away and is OK.
i’m so grateful for the power of EMDR. I could see it in real time helping my kids move from “this was so scary” to “I’m so brave.”

✨ Healing isn’t something we just talk about — it’s something we live through, breathe through, and move through together.

At Embracing Me, women come as they are and leave with so much more:
🤍 A guided workbook to explore their stories
🐴 The quiet wisdom of horses
🧘🏼‍♀️ Yoga that grounds body and spirit
🌬️ Breathwork to releases old pain
🌿 Sisterhood that reminds you you’re never alone

This is the place where healing meets science, soul, and community. 💫
Are you ready to take your seat in the circle?

The THIRD Cultivating Community networking event, Characters on the Couch, was a total success! 🎃👏

I mean, how often do you get to see Ursula hanging out with Ted Lasso while Princess Diana gives the Green Goblin therapy?!

So much laughter, connection, and fun!

I’m truly grateful to be part of such an incredible community of therapists here in Southern Utah. I really believe that when we come together, support one another, and collaborate, we can better serve the people of St. George.

special thanks to everyone who came and @integrated_healing_ @heapsofun and dr. Charlotte Esplin for helping me put this in.

Here’s to building community, one slightly ridiculous networking event at a time! 💚 by @embracingme.now

Just like with Yoga mental health takes consistency to show up daily. Add Embracing Me we try to give you the tools in the support you need in order to do that. So cool. I know.

Here are the top two comments we always get at the end of Embracing Me!

1. I didn’t realize how connected I would feel to the other woman at the retreat.
2. I didn’t realize how safe I would feel. by @embracingme.now
