an intimate + intentional evening at the shop. floral workshop led by @espinas_____ was nothing but a dream. ☁️✨

it was wholesome to see new friends connecting, showing up for themselves, & tapping into their creativity.

we will continue to host a variety of classes + workshops in our space this year, each all led by chicago creatives.

on that note, there only a few slots left for ~ the calm ~ scent session, tomorrow evening with @universeofharth // a chance to unwind + create a custom aroma for your space.

wow, yesterday's vibes at self ceremonies were amazing. @sohohousechicago really showed out and #greenstreetstudio turned into a sacred space. ✨

our local wellness vendors truly served our community and we are so grateful to have collaborated with this chicago crew.

Spent our morning in Bucktown with our Ivy Hall community for a guided sound bath + meditation. 💚

Our Charter Club events are all about bringing our community together to meet like-minded people who share a love for wellness, cannabis + connection.

the give back is a monthly party hosted by @refinecltv at @blindbarber_chicago — the concept is simple, one thursday each month, each guest that enters blind barber for the evening pays a $6 cover that is donated directly to a local chicago non-profit across many areas of advocacy including food security, homeless community support, youth programs, and more. since 2022, the party has been able to donate nearly $20,000 to 10 local non-profit organizations.

we’re excited to be a part of ‘The Parlor’ by refine collective. from 8:30 - 10:30, grab a beverage at the bar, and experience offerings by some of the incredible local businesses in our refine community, and this month the theme is beauty!

@mintymerchh will be serving out tooth gems to have you shining all summer.

@tips312_ will be sampling and selling their tipsticks aka the secret weapon to strong nails and glowing hands.

@embrh is hosting 15-minute LED sessions meant to target skin concerns like hyperpigmentation, aging, and acne-prone skin. after your treatment, you will chat skin and be sent home with a custom mini mask targeting your skin goals.

tickets are only $6 and 100% of the proceeds are donated directly to @theblocchicago

join us sunday 7.21 at 6:30pm with ODE TO SELF: ☁️

an evening wind-down filled with breathwork, restorative movement, & guided meditation. this session will be led by movement coach & embrh co-founder, mario cervantes.

we will share space at @southfacingwindows ; a serene and beautiful loft space. we’re looking forward to an evening filled with aromatherapy, tea rituals from our friends @spirittea , good energy, and somatic explorations. 🍵

we will learn how movement affects each action + connection we make through a series of exercises focusing on outward + inward movement.

the goal: to leave with a centered awareness of our bodies + mind.
