Hey babes! I’m so excited to be vending TOMORROW (9/26) from 11am-4pm at @roc.small.press.book.fair . I’ll be bringing some witchy zines and queer blessings as well as some tarot prints. I’ll also have a few handmade amulets (vessels for magic) on-hand, which I’ve included in later slides. Hey babes! I started a new project last week where I am using fabric from my beloved’s surprise butchelorette party to create amulets that are vessels for queer joy! Been working on a few pride flags over here and stitching the names of my beloveds into each stripe of each flag. It has been an enlivening and delightful process. Beloveds! I am offering a new course about how to infuse handcrafts with magic. Each one of us is a maker of some kind and each one of us has the capacity to create magic. These two sessions on Fridays, August 14 and 21, from 7-8:30pm will provide you with exercises, experience, and opportunities for creating magical items alongside a community of other makers. Stitchcraft as Witchcraft in s back in July with this amazing zine from @leodrunepress , Occult Needlecraft! This book packs a punch framing needlework as a magical practice connected to the Earth through the elements and our hands. Since this is more of a how-to, we will be focusing on creating something collectively. OR you can also just bring your own stitching and do your own thing.
