Another fun one on the surface of the sun. 112* out in Nevada for the fine folks at Ford & Scary Mommy. Big thanks to @mama_and_minis_adventures for enduring the heat & having some fun. Of course we couldn’t do it without the nimble & hydrated team of @the_bradsmith & @__danieljohn 🍻✌️ by @embryrucker

@SkyeWalker_Art is an incredible artist, an even better human, and part of our local community here in Encinitas. We’re lucky to call him a friend of DRY.

Catching up on some work from earlier this year. A fun one shooting the stills campaign alongside a Benz commercial directed by @peter__thwaites & DP @papa2 - I’m often reminded of Ali’s quote “Don’t count the days, make the days count.”
The time I have to get the shot is barely enough at the best of times & usually [almost always] ‘we’ are behind & those shooting windows start evaporating, yet the shot still has to count. by @embryrucker

A personal project that was only made possible with the help of good friends who don’t mind getting dirty & being compensated with beer and a welcoming community of dirt track family. Sunny Trent is a badass & welcomed our gang into the pits with open arms. From there we met Adelaide, an adorable & formidable future star with a great team behind her. A big Thank You to everyone involved, This was a fun one! by @embryrucker

Last month I visited my cousin Isabel behind The Green Curtain. Jeweler, artist & all around rebel. She was resetting my Father’s old Bloodstone into a new custom signet ring for me that that both fit, and wasn’t gold. I managed to take some photos & make a little video while pestering her & generally disrupting her workflow. Thanks @isabeljewelry & Gus! by @embryrucker
