Different seasons ask for different kinds of care.

This space is for the moments when holding it all together feels heavy, whether you’re seeking healing, clinical support, or steadiness in the work you do.

Everything I offer is rooted in the belief that even when life feels messy, raw, or unfinished, something supportive can still begin.

There’s no pressure to know what you need yet.

Just an open door when you’re ready. by @emdrsocialworker

When the people (or systems) who were supposed to love and protect you were the ones who hurt you — it leaves a deep mark.

That’s betrayal trauma.

And it can make trusting yourself (and others) feel nearly impossible.

But here’s the good news: with the right support, your story doesn’t end here.

✨ EMDR can help you release the old pain and start creating relationships that feel safe, steady, and real.

💜 Arizona residents: I’d love to walk with you in this healing work.

Parenting in survival mode feels like you’re just barely holding it together—reacting, apologizing, and running on empty.

But you don’t have to stay stuck there. EMDR helps your nervous system shift out of survival mode so you can parent from calm, not chaos.

💜 If you’re an Arizona mom raising a complex kid and you’re tired of feeling burned out + guilty, I’d love to support you.

The scariest things has happened…

The processing has stalled. Your client is looking at you. And inside, your confidence is starting to unravel: “What do I do now?” 👻

The silence feels heavy. Every pause sparks doubt. You’re afraid of pushing too hard, missing something crucial, or losing the thread of the work.

You don’t have to sit alone with that uncertainty.

EMDR consultation gives you a place to bring the stuck moments, complex cases, and questions that keep circling after the session ends. With thoughtful guidance and support, you can feel more confident, grounded, and equipped to move forward, without needing to have every answer on your own.

🕸️ Ready to stop second-guessing yourself and feel steadier in the EMDR room?

DM me “CONSULT” to learn more about individual EMDR consultation. Let’s make sure the only thing haunting you this Halloween is a good ghost story. 👻🖤

Even trauma therapists can get a little spooked. 😳

Especially when the stories our clients carry keep haunting the present.

But when we understand what’s showing up, can trace the patterns back to their roots, and have a map for navigating the complexity, those ghosts don’t have to be quite so frightening.

Not for us. And not for the clients who trust us with their stories.

We’d love to help you find your way. 🔦📍🗺️

And this Thursday, we’re offering a few treats to help you get started!

I took all of the trainings so that I was ‘ready’ to do this work.

Trainings wasn’t all I needed.

Consultation gave me the space to think through cases, integrate what I was learning, build my confidence, and remember that I did not have to have every answer on my own.

The work we do is important, healing, and complex. Doing it all alone doesn’t set you up for success and that trickles down to your clients.

So let’s learn from my misguided decisions and not wait until burn out sets in before you seek consultation or walk away from the field. This world needs you!

DM me CONSULT if you want to learn more about how consultation can support the work you do and you!

EMDR Therapists- I have news!

I am opening up my calendar for individual consultation since I won’t be running another group until 2027.

Wahoo! I love consultation and helping therapist find their confidence in this process.

So if you are ready then let’s get started. You can be looking to get certified or just work through a tricky case but you must have completed your Basic Training.

DM me and we will get you can the calendar.📅

This was not your ordinary therapist conference and it was one that I am glad I went to.

I signed up later than I would have liked- I am a planner but October is Bandtober and the marching schedule is how I live life.

But when I saw that the dates would line up, I jumped in.

Burnout is something that I am always talking about with clients and with supervisees and consultees.

And as therapists we need to have this conversation for ourselves.

So, I came home with homework (self imposed of course) but also important.

The question- how do I create a life (personal and work) that I don’t need to escape from?

What are some of the things you have done to make sure you don’t hit that burnout state?

Let’s chat about it!

You’ve learned the theories.

You’ve collected the tools.

You’ve sat with clients who have the insight into why they feel the way they do …but they still feel stuck.

Nothing is changing long term and the same patterns keep showing up.

There is a way to help them move forward and I want you to learn how to do this with them!

After being a therapist for 19 years and learning several modalities, I can tell you that I always come back to EMDR.

Learning EMDR well has allowed me to integrate the other things I have learned.

We have a Basic Training coming in the Spring and I want you to save your spot.

You are going to learn EMDR therapy but with the Precision EMDR twist. This means we are going to help you learn EMDR but through the lens of complex developmental trauma.

Let’s face it- we rarely see clients who have just 1 trauma event in their life.

Each of us consultants is dedicated to helping you learn and use this model so you gain confidence in this new skill you are learning.

We want you using this with your clients because this helps you as a therapist from burning out! And that is such a game changer.

So if you have been thinking about getting trained- here is your sign. I would love to see you there!

DM me if you have any questions, I am happy to answer them. As someone who was trained with a different program many moons ago, I can say that this program has changed my practice and my client outcomes. Which is why I want you learning it!

Thinking that I needed to feel 100% confident before I started using EMDR.

Spoiler: confidence comes from doing the work, getting feedback and having someone to help you think through the cases that make you want to run from.

Basic Training was just the beginning. Now it’s time to really learn how to dance the dance of EMDR therapy!

I became a consultant because I NEEDED someone to help me and many times I got someone who shamed me. We don’t do that here.

If you are trained and struggling with what to do next, let’s chat! I have opened up a couple of spots for individual consultation!!

PS- I also have and have had amazing consultants which is also why I do what I do the way I do it. Learned from it all💜

DM me for more info.
