Last week I was convinced I found THE perfect pink paint color… so convinced that I already started painting and even shared it here 😅

Then I stared at the walls for a few days and realized… I actually hated it 😂

So naturally, I ended up back at my safe place, Sherwin Williams, questioning every pink sample known to humanity. After looking through approximately 48,372 shades of pink, I finally chose Cabbage Rose and honestly… I’m hopeful again 🤞

Please tell me I’m not the only one who has a full emotional breakdown over paint colors 😭 #sherwinwilliams by @emelshome

You must keep going💪

Not because it’s easy.
Not because everything goes to plan.
But because one day you’ll look back at where you started and realize how far you’ve come.

From day one of this bathroom renovation to now… the progress feels unreal. Still not done, but definitely worth every frustrating little step. 🤎

Keep going. Your future self will be so glad you did. by @emelshome

Finally making real progress in this bathroom. 🥹

Using large tiles definitely paid off because this part went so much faster than I expected. The niche is almost done too — I just ran out of thinset, so once that’s finished, we can officially call the tiling DONE.

My goal is to get all the tedious stuff out of the way this weekend so I can focus on the fun parts during nap time this week.

Renovating with a baby definitely makes everything slower… but I’m learning that slow progress is still progress. 🤍

Now let’s see if my plans survive motherhood this week. 😅 by @emelshome

#ad I’m so happy this corner finally has a purpose. What used to be a constant clutter magnet is now one of my favourite corners in our home 🤎

I used this HOMCOM by Aosom cabinet to add the storage this space was missing, then styled it into a cozy little coffee corner.

I thought bigger tiles would make the job easier…

Then my OCD kicked in 😅

Every grout line.
Every corner.
Every tiny adjustment. 👀

It’s finally starting to look like the bathroom I had in my head 🥹🤎

The arch is almost done, waterproofing is complete, and after a little more sanding… we’re finally ready for TILE! 👀

This project has definitely tested my patience, but seeing my vision slowly come together makes it all worth it.

The fun part starts now ✨

I found the designer-look side table without the designer price 👀

The bobbin legs give it such a timeless, high-end look, and it’s the perfect size for narrow spaces. Plus, no tools needed for assembly 🙌

And the best part? It was one of the most affordable options I found.

Back-to-school season + earlier bedtimes made this one of the best upgrades for his room. 🥹

Our motorized blackout shade from @canisteoblindsofficial has made our bedtime routine so much easier — one click and the room is ready for a better, more restful night’s sleep. 🌙

It arrived so carefully packaged, installation was surprisingly simple, and the solar-powered option means one less thing to worry about charging. 🙌

Easy install, motorized convenience, solar powered & better sleep — definitely an upgrade we’ll appreciate long after back-to-school season. 🤎

I thought this room was finished… until these curtains went up. 🌿

The sage green was exactly what this space was missing. I love how the curtains from @curtarra_curtains soften the whole room and make it feel so much more finished — while the blackout lining makes it just as practical as it is pretty. ✨

Custom-made for the space, beautifully made, and definitely the finishing touch this room needed.

Apparently 15-minute naps are not enough to renovate a bathroom. 😂🔨

See you at the reveal in 2028. 🙋‍♀️🥴
