September is Suicide Prevention & Awareness Month. Not having the perfect setup, lighting, etc. has kept me from posting how I’d like, but I won’t keep allowing that to be an excuse.

If you or someone you know is struggling, call or text the suicide & crisis hotline at 988 for help today!

I am alive today because I got help. (Unwillingly at first!) I’m so thankful for my life today. To think I wanted to cheat myself of the life I have lived since blows my mind! You matter & you are worth it. Seek help.

🎤 Mic Madness in ATL

As much as I enjoy making music, I do not believe it is my calling fr. I’ll continue to create, but bc I simply enjoy it.

I love performing, so of course I wanted to capture it! I setup my camera to record me while I did a mini-performance & my camera was facing the wrong way the entire time. 🥲 😂 SMH 🤦🏾‍♀️ Oh, how epic of a fail. Excited & moving too quickly! I still enjoyed the experience!

Thank you to @realchristyson & @relcarter for hosting MicMadness. It was definitely an event to remember!!

April is Sexual Assault Awareness & Prevention Month, but it is beyond 30 days.

Step Forward: Prevent. Report. Advocate.

💙 If it hasn’t happened to you, it’s happened to someone you know. Help survivors of SA get the support they need by sharing RAINN’s National SA Hotline: Call 800.656.HOPE (4673), chat at RAINN.org/hotline, or text HOPE to 64673. It’s free, confidential, and staffed 24/7 by real people who are trained to help.
