POSTS STORIES REELS

Before I ever built muscle, I had to rebuild me.

For more than 10 years, I was a stay-at-home mom. Somewhere in that time, I lost myself or maybe I never truly knew myself to begin with. The truth is, I never took the time to discover who I was or everything there was to learn about me. I never really knew what I wanted out of life. I battled anxiety, depression, and dark thoughts. I was on medication for sleep, anxiety, and depression just trying to feel normal again.

But then I realized… what was normal, anyway? I needed to create my normal. But one day, I said no more. It was time for change and that change started with one small step. One action that turned into massive action… the kind of action that started to change my life and still is. Because every single day is a new opportunity to grow, to be better, and to keep emerging stronger.

When I began my fitness journey, everything shifted.

I slowly came off all my medications and started rebuilding my life from the inside out.
Fitness gave me my confidence back.

It gave me peace.
It gave me patience.
It gave me discipline.
It gave me self-awareness.
And so much more.

That’s how Emergence Fitness was born from pain, healing, and the belief that no matter how far you’ve fallen, you can always rise again.

It’s choosing to believe in yourself even when it’s hard. It’s me choosing, every single day, to silence the voice that says I’m not enough. To stop believing I’m “stupid” or “less than.” And to remember that I am capable of so much more because self-belief is where true transformation begins.

Now I get to help others do the same transforming their bodies, mindset, and confidence through personalized coaching and real accountability.

Because the truth is… it started with me first. One day at a time. One step at a time. EMERGE STRONGER.

If this story speaks to you maybe it’s time to create your normal.

I told myself I wasn’t going to get emotional…
And honestly, I didn’t even want to post this.

But something in me knew someone out there needs to hear it.

Most people know me as Giselle.
A mom of 4. A coach. A competitor.
But before all of that, I was a woman trying to survive.

3 days in bed.
No food. No shower.
Depressed. Anxious. Feeling like I had no way out.
Until God gave me a glimpse of light through someone else’s journey.

I saw my friend transform through bodybuilding, her mindset, her body, her spirit.
And in that moment, something in me said try.
That whisper saved my life.

And here’s the crazy part…
Back in 2010, I was asked to try bikini bodybuilding.
But it wasn’t my time.
God knew I had to grow through some storms first.
Now? I know I’m walking in His timing not mine.

I’ve been told:
→ “You’ll never get your pro card.”
→ “You’re nobody without me.”
→ “You only are who you are because of me.”

But here’s the truth:
I built me.
Brick by brick.
With God’s strength.
With relentless faith.
With discipline, tears, and prayer.

And now I coach from that place.
Because I know what it feels like to be in the dark.
To feel like nothing.
To find your light again.

I walk the walk.
I lead with love.
And I’ll keep showing up especially when it’s hard.

God’s timing > mine. Always.
If you’re reading this and you feel lost…
This is your sign.
Start.

They called it witchcraft when I stopped asking permission.

Careful what you wish for…

A little magic. A lot of trouble.

I came to stir things up.

I don’t chase. I enchant.

No spell needed. I’m already unforgettable.

The witch is back. 🖤 by @emergewithg

I don’t sneak in. I make an entrance.

Cute face. Questionable intentions.

Try to keep up, darling.

I’m exactly where I want to be.

I always land on my feet.

A little mystery looks good on me.

You coming, or do I have to come get you?

The night’s mine. Try to keep up. by @emergewithg
