POSTS STORIES REELS

I spent a large portion of my life deeply depressed, to the point where most days I wanted to end it all.

One day in 2020, I felt like I was at the end of my road. As a last-ditch effort, I asked God to take away my pain. A split second later, my mental pain was completely gone. And for the first time, I heard God’s voice. He said, “Emerson, I am with you. Everything is going to be alright.”

That moment changed my life.

Fast forward to April 2025, when a friend and sister in Christ invited me to join her in a Bible study at our church. That Bible study changed everything for me. Since then, I have grown deeper in my faith than I ever thought possible. I have developed such a fire in my heart to know God more intimately and to continue growing in my relationship with Him.

And now, on September 20, 2026, I took the next step in my faith and was baptized. 🤍

I am so incredibly blessed that my friend and sister in Christ, Shaunacy, was the one who baptized me. What a beautiful reminder of how God can take the darkest parts of our story and use them for His glory.

I am forever grateful that God saved me, called me His own, and gave me a new life in Him.

My story didn’t end in 2020. It was only the beginning. ✝️🤍 by @emerson_carr

At this point I guess this is just an IndyCar account now. 🏎️🏁

My fifth Indy 500, time with my grandparents, another Memorial Day weekend with my dad, and another chance to witness history at the Greatest Spectacle in Racing.

There’s just something about Indianapolis that feels like home. 🏎️🏁❤️

Congrats @frosenqvist on your win! by @emerson_carr

Arlington, you were unreal 🏁

First paddock passes ✔️
Met so many drivers ✔️
Fully signed hat ✔️
Core memories for life ✔️

A week later and I still don’t think it’s fully sunk in. This weekend was everything I love about IndyCar the speed, the people, the atmosphere and getting to experience it all with my Dad made it even more special.

From the paddock meeting basically all the drivers to the airport run-in meeting Dario Franchitti and Zac Brown, this is a weekend I’ll never forget.

Already counting down to the next one. See you in Indy! #IsItMayYet #lessthan60days by @emerson_carr
