My hands are trembling… I am devastated. I didn’t know it was possible to feel pain like this before. It feels like my heart has been ripped out of my chest. The pain is like nothing I can describe.. it’s physical. I’ve never experienced these emotions before.. my heart has shattered into a million pieces. I know you know how much we love each other…. I know you are here watching over me… I also know you wouldn’t want me to be sad.. but I can’t help myself. This is the most devastating thing I have ever experienced. I don’t know what to do… Blake Bradley Jackson, I love you with my entire heart and more. 10+ years of friendship and laughter. You have always been there for me no matter what. You are the most loyal person I have ever met. You have been there for me since day 1, and I’ll never forget the love and laughter we shared. Your kindness is too good. Your light is so bright. You made everyone around you smile. You are the funniest, sweetest, most thoughtful person. My life will never be the same without you. I know you are in a better place, where you are safe and happy.. I know how much you missed your grandpa too so now I’m happy you can run into his arms.. I am so glad that you are safe and not in pain. I’ll never recover from this… I promise I’ll do my best.. saying I’m devastated is an understatement.. I feel broken. I can almost hear you talking to me telling me not to be sad… you never ever wanted to see me sad. Anytime I ever was, you would talk to me for hours. We always had each other’s backs.. no matter what. Thank you for being the bestest friend I could have ever have asked for. You showed me the purest form of unconditional love and I can’t thank you enough. Everything I will do will be in honor of you. I wish we could have had more time together. I am so grateful that we got to spend your 21st birthday together… I’ll never stop writing you birthday letters… if there was one wish I could fulfill it would to be to have a hug one last time. I love you, I love your mom and dad , Luke and Landon, I’m praying for you guys. I hope you are having the most loving time in heaven with your grandpa. Here are some photos of the town where my Spencer family is from. This church you are seeing is from the 1800s, the Spencer side of my family has been attending for generations. I was even baptized here as an infant !! Just wanted to share this beautiful piece of history. Plus the Ocoee river. taken in Cleveland, Tennessee by @emersonsspencer

There is a being who does not walk through time. She walks along its edges, threading moments together like beads on a string. She has no name in your language, because she has never needed one. She is known by the feeling of something falling into place, by the sudden recognition that you have been here before, by the quiet certainty that you are exactly where you are meant to be.
