My best friend 🤍🕊️

.
.
.

I remember the day we got you and feeling like I could never love anyone as much as you. I was only 3 but you became my best friend. Even if it sounds like a cliche, it’s true. In every moment and memory, you were there. Every morning you woke me up and every night you put me to sleep. I gave you everything you wanted because you truly were the best boy in the world. I’ll always think of you when I hear fireworks, when I try to eat a beef stick, when I get into the car, when I fall asleep, or when I need my best boy. I doubt this feeling will ever fade. You are the best puppy in the world. I love you x a million. I’ll hold you again soon Han. by @emery.berndt

Thank you Jesus for @wearewldfr

Last summer the Lord gave me a vision for his children to have a space to seek Him deeper and more consistently than available before. The phrase that was on my heart was “not just salvation but sanctification.” I knew that my God is one who is personal and creative, that he ALWAYS has more.

The Lord had already blessed me with likeminded and godly friends to share this vision with. We met with many ideas but always came back to wanting to give God more space to move. So we created WLDFR. (We Live and Die For Revival) That we would be a people that longed for Jesus and his Holy Spirit so deeply that we would work to bring his kingdom come, however he prompted.

In October we launched WLDFR and March we launched CMPFR. The photos speak for themselves. God has been moving. He is stirring passion in his people and sending embers of revival. I am so so so grateful beyond words for the Lord’s faithfulness to this ministry. It has truly been the greatest honor and privilege to receive this gift from God.

Goodbyes are the hardest when you don’t want to do them :) this is one of those. Although God has been faithful here (and will continue to be!) I know he will be faithful forevermore.

To those who have been a part of our WLDFR story from pastors, churches, students, parents, prayer warriors, and my amazing team — I am beyond grateful for you all showing up and leaning in to what God is doing, to have you all in community is the greatest blessing.

This is not the end of WLDFR because the same God that has been at work is not done yet!!!

But this is my goodbye to the greatest blessing I’ve witnessed. Thank you, God. Thank you, God. Thank you, God. by @emery.berndt
