Photography play dough this weekend with @hifimyco. Taking photos just for the sake of it. I think I could play with beautiful mushrooms and mounds of moss for a century.

“Design asks for something different. It asks for shape, for rhythm, for an imagined world to feel real.”

The people who make this community special see the world a little differently.

Emma is one of them.

It’s heating up a bit here in Austin, TX isn’t it? That cone wasn’t supposed to fall, but just so happened to perfectly. 🍦

Can’t you just fall in love with the tiniest little cooking moments? Bits and clips from a recent recipe for @colterpeck. Harissa marinated lamb skewers with all the sauces on top + herbs & crunch.

Chefs @colterpeck & @pabstballouribbon flipped an entire menu for “Far East End” activation at @eastendballroom, and it delivers in all the right ways.

I’ve spent this last year as a “photographer” & I’ve got so much more to learn. Here are just a few lessons I think are worthy of attention.

Expand your world, your creativity will expand in tandem.
You have to be obsessed.
Be precious with your energy.
Don’t just passively follow, actively learn.
Let your work do the talking.
Have some fun along the way.

Happy new year, can’t wait to see what everyone builds, breaks down, changes and creates in 2026. I’ve got a feeling it’s going to be a big one.

@devonlevesque & @kallaibuynafit between scenes while on set for an upcoming @promix launch. Photographed on Kodak portra 400 w: Hasselblad.

More to come in much bigger ways, but I couldn’t help myself. When the medium format hits, guaranteed knockout.
