lately i’ve been thinking a lot about assumptions. i think we all make them, some lizard brain, survival instincts we all inherently still have wired in us. i try to avoid making them because i know what it’s like to have people make shit up about me. but when it happens, like a kid, i get annoyed and just mock them in response. not the most mature, tbh it’s toxic, but i’m being honest.

i purposely make my posts vague and every post i make is half a joke because it proves this right every time without fail: people will make assumptions and form their own opinions based off of little to no information and whether it’s true or not, you can’t convince them to think differently even if you want to.

i honestly find that so annoying.

it also just goes to show how manufactured social media really is. i supposedly overshare, but i don’t even actually talk about myself publicly. it’s just speculation.

welp anyways, good luck out there homies. taken in Los Angeles, California by @emichheng
