🥉 3rd Overall Male — FireFit Canadian Nationals 🇨🇦

Proud to step on the podium in Fredericton, but definitely not satisfied with the time I put down. I know there’s a lot more speed in me, and I’m eager to prove it.

A huge thank you to my coaches, @firefit1967 ans @gleblanc.msc and training partner @bauretg who keep pushing me every day, also a huge thanks to the @firefitchampionships community, truly the best people il know. None of this happens alone. 🤝🔥

🥈 at Brantford @firefitchampionships against the beast @joeyforbes300, finished with a clean and smooth 1:16 and really proud if that Tower ! We'll work on that for the Nationals !

Really proud if my student @raph_leblond_ Who broke the 3 minutes mark in her second run, and got rookie of the competition !

4 years of Firefit, 4 years of smiling ! Thanks @firefitchampionships and @pompiersmontreal for always hosting such a great event !! Huge thanks for the @service_incendie_montreal team for this competition !

It was my first year as the Head Coach of @collegemontmorency and @ipiqlaval teams, I am so proud if these students, being able to see you grow this year was a real pleasure 💪

Even though I am nowhere close to be where I want in this sport, the opportunity to grind and suffer through the process is a precious gift

INTERSCHUTZ 2026 🇩🇪🔥
This week was my first-ever European competition. I finished 3rd in the Under-30 category and 8th overall in the Open division.
I’m happy with my final time of 1:24, especially considering it was my second run within 15 minutes thanks to my ability to break SCBAs 😅. It wasn’t the result I was hoping for, but it definitely showed me the level of the European competitors.
That being said, FireFit is more than just a competition. I’m leaving Europe with new experiences, great memories, and friendships with incredible people from all over the world. Meeting and competing alongside such passionate athletes was one of the highlights of this trip. Danke schön, @firefiteurope !
A huge thank you to DRAGO ISI for their support and for helping make this journey possible. It wouldn’t have been possible without them. 💪
Time to get back to work and keep pushing forward.

First competition of the season at @fdicindy for the @firefighterchallenge ! First time doing tower work since my ankle/hamstring injuries from last winter.
