in the short time I’ve been off of social media, I have lived enough lives to fill 10 posts! I’ve seen three wonderful musicals!!! The library had Bottoms (the film) and Button-making night! My friend and I toured 100+ year old homes in Lafayette Square and bought some art from their antique fair! Went to adult summer camp through the state’s conservation program, celebrated at a nearly deserted Six Flags, attended another adult-only night at the art museum, took my first trips on the metro transit line (only got lost once), and went to pride! Pride had many fun activities, such as the 25 foot Rockwall and I marched in the parade with a local vegan group! I’ve also been at the library nonstop and reading tons of gay history/activist books, which it’s really inspired me… so much so, I enrolled back in college! Then I went to a free Ludacris concert and a freedom for animals march! And I’m sure even more that I’m temporarily forgetting, life has been super wonderful! And I’m off to the theater again on Tuesday ☺️

Ethel Cain,,, Florence + The Machine,,, I’ve truly let the light in ✨ downright iconic

Ethel Cain barricade (when I could walk this time) STUNNING. AMAZING. THOROUGHFARE LIVE?!!! WOWWWW the greatest love song idc. Her music is beautiful live and yes we continued the party in a churchyard.

Next night, Florence + The Machine barricade!! I’ve always wanted pit for her show and wow it did not disappoint. Absolutely stunning. Seeing the witch choir dancing to Big God and Heaven Is Here is an experience I never dreamed I could have. The Florence fans are incredible. Made many great friends in line (even my flower crown thanks to the kindness of another bringing materials for everyone)! Oh yeah, Florence held my hand during Sympathy Magic and squeezed, so AHHHH. Incredible, incredible experience. Her music is soul healing.

And it didn’t end there, third night I got to see some lovely local artists perform a show with half their setlists being F+TM songs and it was awesome. Found new artists I love, check them out and support your local scene! Ending the incredible three day heavenly experience by jumping to No Light, No Light in a room full of Florence fans was truly a magnificent way to wrap it up✨🥰✨

I love music, I love new friends, and I love my life :)

Five years since Wandavision finale… “it stands to reason, we’ll say hello again” 🥺

We did very many different basement scene poses, which was very difficult to try standing tiptoed with crossed legs on a stool without falling and laughing. One of our better attempts of an easier pose here. Very happy with it. And very, very happy with the wandaful people this stunning show brought into my life. What was your favorite WV episode? I love you all. Happy 5th birthday to our Scarlet Witch.

Very fun and silly, why did 2021 Emilee choose a blue wig? Insidious, and the pity is it’s too late to do anything! These are so old omg I gotta do some updated Agatha cosplays. THERE’S SNOW IN MY LIFE ☃️☃️☃️

wow!!! Last Saturday morning started such beautiful snowfall!! I took my first ever walk around the neighborhood, just in complete awe. Marveling things that probably seem so normal to somebody who’s home has snow every year… this is the first time someplace I’ve lived has ever snowed!!!

When the snow is light and the cars drive fast, the magic of watching it dust up behind them 🤩 I learned so much about snow this week that I never even thought of before! Such as frost quakes and exploding trees! The fact that without power your home can drop to the 40s… Luckily I was able to go to a hotel. Had such a lovely time hotel living, they were both bigger than my tiny little studio, and I got to enjoy a hot coffee while reading in front of the window, feeling as if I was in a Hallmark ski resort! Made such a beautiful snow angel!! When people say every snowflake is unique, I thought that was something you had to see under a microscope… but no!! You can tell the difference between one falling on your hair and your shoulder❄️ They are that big!!! Never could’ve imagined. Also, the ice covered plants!!! The branches each incased in an inch of ice, above and below frozen sparkles encompassing every piece of nature!!! Never knew something so beautiful existed in such abundance. Learned cars can freeze shut! A whole lot of firsts, like ‘sledding’! You could see me try to slide down the frozen ice behind work… worked a little better once I got cardboard and went on my knees. I drove on icy roads and learned I’m not a fan. Honestly every single day I was learning something new and wonderful about this winter weather!! Such as, I had no idea that they named winter storms. Thank you Fern, for bringing so much happiness into my life!!! I didn’t know that the Earth could be blanketed in such whiteness. The roads, the trees covered in ice, even the skyline all white! The way the ice illuminates nighttime to feel like a forever dusk. I am in awe of the beauty and I can’t wait to experience snowy winters and white trees for the rest of my life :)

This show is incredibly breathtaking and moving, a journey all in itself. My first ever cosplay was finale episode Wanda Scarlet Witch! This account wouldn’t exist without the marvelous Wandavision! This show captivated me, brought me joy and laughter, tears and breakdowns, and my lovely Agatha All Along ringtone. What’s your favorite part of Wandavision?

What a year 2025 was… and what a trip to Saint Louis!

I’m not usually one for an annual recap post, but let me start off with one. This year brought immense changes. Did you know I moved three times? Now in Tennessee, it’s my first time living outside of Florida (and the very likely start of never moving back). The year started out very dark for me, to the point I legitimately did not think I’d even see the summer. And lo and behold, not only did I end up making it ten years clean, I found an inner peace I didn’t know possible. I found so much joy and happiness, I’m thankful for every moment I get to keep exploring this world. I got to meet my best friend, be spontaneous (new for me), and even drive through four states in one day! Very thankful to have found myself and my happiness this year, which I will fiercely protect.

One of the spontaneous acts of this year was going to St. Louis! I decided to go the morning I went and thought I’d be there for a night… ended up staying four! It was the most loveliest city! Every winter/Christmas event was jam packed, but walking through the city otherwise felt empty. It was wonderful, like they were waiting just for me. From gorgeous libraries, to the museums and nature at the former site of the 1904 World’s Fair, to delicious pastries, perfect cold weather and the Gateway Arch! This city had absolutely everything. I didn’t expect to love it so much. Art in otherwise the most mundane places, history on every corner. I could gush over each day of the trip for hours, but I’ll wrap it up by saying there is so much left to explore there and I am excited to return. I left the city on Christmas Eve this year, but perhaps next CE I’ll be living there. (if you decide to go to Saint Louis, my top three recommendations are the Central Library, the Gateway Arch National Park, and everything inside of Forest Park).

Life recently has been damn amazing! Barricade for Xana, Daisy Grenade, & Stand Atlantic!?! Seeing and meeting so many new friends! Also jamming out to Like Roses, Pierce The Veil, Sienna Liggins, Ecca Vandal, Health, and Last Night Saved My Life! Florence + The Machine Everybody Scream album release Halloween costume release party!! It’s been a whirlwind of fun and incredible memories to last me a lifetime. Seriously, how did so much greatness pack into just a few days? I am so lucky :)

🎤 Like Roses/PTV show was a rain show!! Freezing windy rain, but boy was it fitting! Very lucky for Devin’s invite and to have the opportunity to drive to AL for that concert! Two days prior, I got barricade for Daisy Grenade and Stand Atlantic!!! Keaton personally handed me the setlist and at the end of the night said she was glad I got it, speechless. Had so much fun making new friends waiting in line for Stand Atlantic, hope to see y’all again! And the night before that was Xana! I think my favorite queer pop girlie?? Phenomenal music, I was so excited to get to see her barricade with my friend Jen, who introduced me to her music!! Afterparty for Xana was at the Lipstick Lounge, so happy to go back under happy circumstances! Few days to recover and then halloweennnn! Work sucked, but then I quickly changed into my live action beauty and the beast Belle for the new Florence album listening party! First time going to a record shop for it, it was wonderful and I loved seeing everyone all dressed up! One of my favorite things about music events are all the wonderful fellow fans you get to meet :)
