Storytelling through scenery-forward imagery, ahem—say less. ⛰️🤍

When a teeny couple is framed in context of a gorgeous, gargantuan landscape, it just sends me. 🙌🏼

Case in point? Johnncy and AJ in the Adirondack Mountains. Surrounded by rolling hills, lush meadows, and greenery for days, their landscape-forward photos painted a picture of their entire elopement experience.

Wide frame photos allow me to showcase the ENORMITY and BEAUTY of nature, all within the context of my couples’ love stories.

Whether cradled by canyons, dwarfed by cityscapes, or silhouetted beneath an endless sky, photos like these allow my couples to relive their wedding day in a way that feels totally immersive.

Brady and Sydney’s Upstate New York destination wedding was literally fun on *EVERY* level, but the best part for me?

Their bridal squad was L I T. 🕺🏼🔥🤩💃🏼

And for this people person 🙋🏼‍♀️ I was in heaven! 🤤

Lowkey, my not-so-secret sauce? I LOVE blending in with your crew, doubling not just as your photographer but also your hype gal!

Whether it’s joking with your bridal party or calming pre-ceremony nerves, you won’t have to worry about rallying your crew— I’ll be right there to make your entire day run smoother! 🥹👏🏼

As your wedding photographer, it is my goal to bring a comfortability to your day so I can click with your bridal parties, charm your parents, and even deal with the Aunt Karens. 🙃

A day that will live rent free in my mind for years to come. 🥹🤍

The last few years of my life have looked a lot less glamorous than they once did—filled with diaper changes and tantrums, nap schedules and wet beds, boo-boo kisses and yogurt-stained shirts vs. weekend getaways and girls trips. 🤷🏼‍♀️

But one of the sweetest gifts of this season has been getting to do it alongside my SIL, Cass… who turned out to be the real deal and a true ride-or-die BFF.

So because she turns 35 this year (and especially because her birthday falls on Christmas & she’s been shafted of a proper birthday her entire life 💀), it was a no brainer to go all out. 💁🏼‍♀️

By a small act of God…
✨ Over 35 people kept the surprise party a secret!!!!
✨ We planned an entire Amazing Race-style birthday with 7 challenges, 7 teams, and 4 different pit stops—strength training, bowling bingo, scavenger hunts, hiking through the woods, memorization challenges… you name it. 😏
✨ Then wrapped up with all her favorite things—chuck eye steaks for the race winners, catered wings & mac, and volleyball & CB to close out the night. 💯

Even though planning this was legit the biggest nightmare of my life (like, literally never met a snoopier girl in my life 🥲), it also was hands down one of the most exhilarating and so special.

When it gets down to it, I’m honestly just so thankful for the people who’ve made this loud, chaotic, beautiful season of motherhood feel anything but lonely—and for friends who will keep ridiculous secrets and dedicate an entire Saturday to making someone feel so loved and special. And in so doing, also…
• run over road signs 🚗👀
• get flat tires 😂
• spin themselves into a near state of concussion on a baseball bat challenge 🙃
• convince complete strangers to buy them drinks, arm wrestle them, and recreate prom poses with them
• and hike through the woods chasing compass coordinates…

What an unbelievably epic day. 🏆
