I want to take a moment to share my story.

Ive always painted.
But I really began taking it seriously in 2022.
I didn’t really have a plan yet, just a feeling that I had to do it.

Since then I’ve been working as a full-time artist,
moving through different studios and into gallery exhibitions.
But everything still comes from the same place.

I had a rough upbringing.
Which left me with patterns I had to grow out of. I did not have much confidence.

But as time passed, people started believing in what I was doing.
And slowly, I did too.

Painting became a place where I could understand myself. And the world around me.

Through that, I learned that I didn’t need much
Just that feeling that I had to do it.

Sometimes I wish I could tell my younger self,
the one who was struggling
