💎 Swirl in Sync Prismatic Presence Recap.. Thank you, Denver! 🚀🌈🦋Thank you to all of the Pretty Lights who gathered with us for an afternoon of intentional magic ahead of the Prismatic Fleet Danceportation takeover at Meow Wolf. The vibes? Immaculate. The presence? Fully prismatic. Thanks for showing up with open hearts and radiant auras. Before we hop on the dance floor, we invite you to join us for an afternoon of conscious community and connection.We are pleased to present Swirl in Sync: Prismatic Presence, a Yoga and Wellness Pop-up ahead of the Prismatic Fleet Danceportation takeover at Meow Wolf.Swirl in Sync: Prismatic Presence is designed to call in self-love and inner coherence, as we open into Valentine’s Day weekend on none other than Friday the 13th, a day to honor and celebrate the Divine Feminine in us all. All humans are welcome, recognizing this is a day to honor themes of going slow and nourishing our minds, bodies, and souls.The afternoon will begin with a guided meditation, followed by slow flow yoga, and ending with a juicy extended savasana sound bath. ✨Glimmers from all of the pretty lights around me✨Glimmers are those micro moments of joy - those moments that allow us to be present, feel gratitude, calm, love, and happiness. The moments shared at Buena Vista with the Pretty Lights community are exactly that - glimmers with friends and ourselves, showing up in that moment as who we need to be and offering up the ability to be unapologetically ourselves. Being able to feel this and share this with others is exactly the reason why I teach and practice yoga. Thank you to the PL team for creating the spaces to host such beautiful experiences with the community to connect. These spaces allowed me to be authentically myself in my contributions both individually, for an all levels yoga class, and with my besties for our @swirlinsync programming. Thank you to everyone who flowed with me. These moments before the evening shows were so special and were the absolute highlights of the weekend. I hope we can do it again soon 💜🦋🌀 by @emily_egan

🌀 Swirl in Sync: Yahn Dawn 🌀WOW Yahn Dawn! 🤩Gratitude is overflowing after last Saturday’s afternoon of grounding, movement, and connection before the final night of @prettylights Buena Vista 🌞💫We gathered at the Celestial Sanctuary to slow down, reset, and sync into presence, tuning our bodies and minds for one more magical evening together. 🌠@marissamultiverse opened the space with a calming guided meditation, inviting us inward with breath and intention. ✨@emily_egan led us through a vibrant vinyasa flow, weaving movement and music to awaken our bodies and center our minds. 🎶@rgwynndesigns closed the workshop with mindful, expressive movement - encouraging each of us to unlock our unique groove and embody our fullest self on the dance floor. 🪩From stillness to sweat pouring down our faces, we co-created another unforgettable Swirl in Sync experience with our ever-growing PL family. 💖Deep gratitude and love to everyone who showed up, moved with heart, and helped to build the energy to #RestoreTheDanceFloor for the night to come.
