We are just so excited you’re here!!! We can’t believe we made it to our 1k goal SO quickly. THANK YOU ☺️ 💕

A few weeks ago we started testing Trial Reels. We experimented & learned what worked, and doubled down on that strategy.
This one shift is what took us from a few hundred to 1,000 followers in one week.

We want to show you exactly how we did it. Comment “TRIAL” and we’ll send you our trial reels guide on how we grew 1,000 followers in one week using this strategy.

Thank you for being here for this, truly 💕

You don’t know us yet, but you might recognize this feeling.
Doing everything right. Checking every box. And still lying awake wondering if this is really it.
We’re Emily and Meredith. Two best friends, two healthcare careers, two babies at home, and one moment where we both looked at each other and said there has to be another way.
So we found one.
Digital products. Affiliate marketing. Income we could build around our kids, not instead of them. And now we show up here to share everything we’re learning so you can do the same.
No filters. No perfection. Just two real moms figuring it out and bringing you with us.
If any part of this sounds familiar, you’re in the right place.
Hit follow. We’re just getting started. 🤍

Trust me when I say I’d rather be off the grid and mind my own business 😂
Moms creating content are so much more than “influencers.” We’re creating opportunities for our families, in the tiny amounts of time we have between work and kid’s appointments and breastfeeding and laundry and… 😅

Things you should stop feeling guilty about as a working mom:

	1.	Missing bedtime for a shift. You didn’t choose that over them, you chose it FOR them, and there’s a difference.

	2.	Losing your patience the second you walk in the door after a long shift. You gave everything you had to strangers all day. You’ll have more to give tomorrow, and they know how loved they are even on the hard nights.

	3.	The mom guilt spiral on your drive home, replaying everything you missed today. Feeling it doesn’t mean you’re failing. It just means you care.

	4.	Needing childcare, a nanny, grandma, whoever, so you can do this job. Needing help doesn’t make you less of a mom. It makes you someone who’s figured out how to make it work.

	5.	Not being the mom who’s at every pickup, every party, every practice. You’re the mom who’s showing them what it looks like to work hard and love hard at the same time, and that’s not something to apologize for.

You’re not failing at either thing. You’re just doing two really hard jobs at the same time, and most days you’re doing them better than you think 🤍

I wasn’t prepared for all these changes in my 30s, and 20 year old me wouldn’t have called it a “glow up.” But I’d choose this life over any other, even on the hard days, mundane days, and chaotic days as a working mom. 🤍
The perspective shift when you become a mom is wiiild 🤯 Did anyone else jump-scare themselves? 😅 what are you loving now that you didn’t expect??

Let’s talk about what “choosing to stay home” actually costs, because nobody’s being honest about this part.

It’s the $6 coffee you just... don’t get anymore (RIP). It’s the same five outfits on rotation because new clothes aren’t happening right now. It’s doing your own nails, or letting them just be bare. It’s saying no to the girls’ trip, again. It’s putting half the Target cart back before you check out. It’s one income stretching to cover what two used to.

But giving up all of that is how you get the slow mornings. The random Tuesday that feels special for no reason. The just being there. And for me? That’s the trade I’d make every single time.

If you’re sitting with this same decision right now, trying to figure out what it actually looks like day to day. I see you, and I’ve been there.

What if I told you there was a way to bring in income, but also be at home with your baby? Comment CANVA and I’ll send you exactly where we started. Completely free, no gatekeeping!! Us moms have to stick together 🫶🏻

How to actually grow your Instagram account in 2026 (yes, even if you can only post during naptime, mine is a very generous 47 minutes some days 😅).

I’m here to tell you that growing on this app isn’t about posting more new ideas. It’s about posting the right content consistently, and trial reels really changed the game.

A trial reel is built to reach people who’ve never seen your page, not just your current followers.

We post 10 trial reels a week alongside our regular content, and it’s consistently how new people find our small instagram account and end up staying.

We gained 6k+ followers in 3 months as working moms with zero extra time. No shortcut, just a system that didn’t require us to have a perfect setup, hours to film, or a life that looked anything like the influencers we were comparing ourselves to.

If you’re a mom trying to grow your Instagram account and you’re tired of advice that assumes you have free time you don’t have, this one’s for you.

Comment TRIAL and I’ll send you exactly what we did to grow, step by step. 🤍

I’m redefining what success looks like to me, as a working mom.
It’s a little less of the titles and degrees (though I spent my 20s getting those) and a little more of being present and slow-living.
If you’re a mom figuring out what success actually feels like for you right now, I’d love to know — what does your version look like? What am I missing? 🤍

Moms and small creators 📣 this is your reminder that no matter how tough it gets, just keep showing up 👏🏻

I know what it’s like to build a business while working a full time job, running on four hours of sleep, and still trying to be present for your family. Some days the algorithm feels like it’s working against you. Some days you post and hear crickets.

Keep going anyway.

Every mom growing a page from scratch, every small creator posting without a team behind them, every person trying to turn content into income while still showing up for their people, I see you. This is a long game, not an overnight one.

We are rooting for you 🤍

Follow us @emilyandmeredith for more on growing your page, showing up consistently, and building something real, one rep at a time.
