Wanted to do a whole post to break down one of my finals for a type class I took but i couldn't fit it all in and I chickened out so here's the art that went into some of the pages

The actual final itself I linked in my bio!! 💫 It's a 12 page ziene that's primarily type but it's already too loose to cut into pieces and fit onto here by @emilybitar

This comes sooo close to what I had in my minds eye. Something about the composition isn't doing it for me but I'm liking how close this texture feels to watercolour. I made this brush myself!! The looseness and sandy tones help, and there's finally a Photoshop layer tool for grain that's just chefs kiss to any piece I will ever do ever again. by @emilybitar

Guyyssss it's Saturday and I can draw all day

And this artist block I been going through finally let up, I don't think medium was the issue though with digital there's no sensory satisfaction to what you're doing which kinda makes it all the more frustrating when you aren't getting anywhere with something you're p much just staring at a white screen and some weird squiggles you were hoping would come together
