❤️Luna: 8/19/12-6/5/26🪽 Words cannot express how much I love her. She was my soul mate, best friend, and rock through everything- new jobs, break ups, moves, divorce, chronic illness, surgeries. And made all the good times so much more meaningful. With me like a shadow for almost 14 years. Anyone who saw us together knew how connected and dependent we were..knowing each others every move and emotion. I was able to keep her through congestive heart failure a little longer through medication, but eventually her body couldn’t keep up. Im completely devastated. There’s a deep emptiness I’m not sure will ever leave me. I feel so honored to be loved so unconditionally and deeply by her, and that she spent her entire life by my side. I know it will never be easy, but I hope it gets easier 💔 by @emilyc8787

A few pics from GrizTronics at the Gorge. Beautiful view and amazing sound at this venue, but there were a lot of trials and tribulations. I really don’t think my nervous system can handle crowded and intense fests like this anymore, real talk. Hoping to do more peaceful camp trips this summer 🧘🏼‍♀️ But at least there was some fun moments dancing in the pit and fun to dress up in my Astral Vision Design fits! by @emilyc8787

Grateful for any days I have left with my Luna 🥹 Took her on a walk this weekend. On good days, she still enjoys a short walk and chasing the deer and squirrels. She’s on 6 different meds to try to give her more time for her progressive heart disease. She is not a photogenic dog despite how cute she is (she ends up looking freaked out or stressed in 90% of pics😂), but she is happy and relaxed here- lovingly looking at Brian 🥲💙. This has been super tough and I know it’ll only get worse, but trying to focus on the things I can control 🙏🏻 by @emilyc8787

Dressing up is one of my favorite parts of a festival. I love to wear unique handmade clothes as a form of artistic expression, and I also love that it sparks conversation when people are interested in it as well. I’ve never considered myself the diva type because you used to find me covered in fish guts working in marine biology, cleaning up dog vomit as a vet tech, or getting dirty hiking and camping; but I loveeee to put on a fun outfit and feel confident and pretty🥰 This dress is handmade by the queen @astralvisiondesigns . Love that my boo @_groundscore_ is matched me that day too with his trippy orca shirt!

Hummingbirds at my feeder make me so happy. This is a rare sight because they rarely share and are so territorial they usually chase off the least dominant one. I even tried 2 feeders but they still choose to fight over one. I love my home and all the wildlife I get to see here 🥰 Photo by @_groundscore_ by @emilyc8787
