last week my heart was broken into pieces when my sweet angel juju crossed the rainbow bridge unexpectedly and way too soon. anyone that was lucky enough to meet her knows how special & silly she truly was. juju was my entire world and it will never be the same without her love, drool and alien noises when she wanted a pup cup or a bite of my food or her being the best passenger princess in my car everywhere i went. my soul dog. i’ve never felt this kind of heartbreak before but have gratitude for the mems & will never forget how adored she made me feel. i love you & miss you forever my sweet girl 🤍🕊️ by @emilydmor

Reflecting on some fav mems in honor of one year since moving back to my fav place ⛰️🍂✨ it’s been packed w lots of happy moments & adventures with my day one people but has def had its uncertainty, anxiety and lows as well

It’s an odd mindset to be grieving a life you loved and were proud of while simultaneously being so at peace and grateful for where life is and is going. I knew for a while that my time in California had served its purpose and was ready for another change but leaving my amazing friends and clients and everything wasn’t easy 💔

Being there represented my healing and independence and was the place I fell in love with a healthy lifestyle and a career in the fitness industry, but as the years went on and I evolved into healthier versions of myself the urge to run away from the things I was healing from back home went away and I fell out of love with the life I had built in OC

Since leaving my focus has been on relocating @mantrameals.co , stepping into the “Auntie Em” role 🥹🤍 & navigating my next moves career wise - while working hard to keep the mindset that what’s for me won’t miss me and I’m currently EXACTLY where I’m supposed to be 🪬🌀 exciting things are starting to align and the hard work is paying off - I’ll slowly get back to posting on the reg one of these days but I’d be lying if I said the social media break hasn’t been incredible

Bet on yourself & leave your comfort zone

- the growth is ALWAYS worth it ✨🧚‍♀️🫶🏻
