My punk band @hemidemisemiband's debut album "as weird as us" is out now! This is the music video I animated for the first track, "silver bullet"! 🔗 to spotify in the bio! I'm the lyricist and singer of the band, and my bandmate @onlyfriendyeah played guitar and did all the production! Legend has it that if you like what you hear, you're certified as weird as us haha

It's a strange track list lol, if you ever need a song to spite your enemies as nicely as possible, or curse the sun for being too sunny, or fuel your hate for icing on cakes... you're super weird me thinks

It's really a speedrun of an album, because we made it in less than 3 months and even with 11 tracks, it's less than 10 minutes long, hence the name hemidemisemi haha. Super proud of it and had a lot of fun and joyful times making it so I hope everyone who listens can feel the fun and joy, too! I wonder what your favorite song would be 👀 feel free to lemme know by @emilygin_

I wrote this song "Set It Down" about fighting feelings of not being able to set things down haha. This is the full song (because it's less than 90 seconds haha) so you don't have to listen on streaming platforms, but if you want to listen on those, it's under EMTONIC.

Anyway, I'm glad to immortalize in the timeline the original music I made after posting my Good Kid covers. I'll be releasing new music TOMORROW! Thanks for your support! by @emilygin_

I voice Talon "The Trickster" in the Steam card game, Myth of Lumi! The game is free to play so check it out if you're hyped on card games (links in the bio of @mythoflumi)! This was a school project at USC and the student devs really went above and beyond for it. I can't believe the kinds of 3D game mechanics they were able to program and execute at such high quality and showcase at the 2025 USC Games Expo. I couldn't be more happy to hear that Myth of Lumi won the Tencent Game Awards 2025 Gold Prize (University Track) at the expo, too! Against 1300 worldwide submissions, this win was unequivocally and overwhelmingly deserved, huge congratulations to the team! Astonishingly well made game that I've seen nothing but positive feedback for.

Thank you guys for such a wonderful and fun recording session! Your energy and love for these characters was infectious, and thank you as well to my amazing director @emilysunnyville who I have known and have been wanting to work with for a while! It meant a lot to me that we finally got the chance to collaborate! You made me feel super comfortable and the character we built together is so sassy and sly, your directions really made this character's personality shine and I think the players can feel that, too :)

Last but not least, huge thanks to @mistersuspicious for posting your playthrough of the game on YouTube, it was super surreal getting to see a player interact with my character for the first time, and your comments and comebacks were so entertaining! haha

Gosh, this really turned into a text wall, but this announcement has been a long time coming so I might as well pour out all my thoughts haha, thanks for reading. Congratulations to @goodkidband on the 10 year anniversary of their first song release, Nomu! I made this cover because this was the first song I heard from them, so it's got a special place in my heart (if there is a heart to have). One day, I was just messing around trying to write a math rock guitar loop, and it became a month long endeavor to make a full cover of Slingshot by @goodkidband, but in the genre of Midwest Emo haha, full cover on my YT channel
