One month of ONCE MORE FROM THE TOP! To every friend who’s sent me paparazzi shots of Dylan in the wild; to the caretakers of the Little Free Libraries where I left signed copies of OMFTT; to @readwithjenna and @jennabhager for shouting this book on TODAY, a career highlight; to @marycalvitv and @clubcalvi for helping Dylan find a broader audience (I can’t wait to talk more!); to the enterprising @bneventsgrove employee for that incredible handwritten tag; and to anyone who has read or shared this book: thank you, thank you, thank you. by @emilylayden

ONCE MORE FROM THE TOP is officially out TODAY. I loved writing this book, and I am so excited for it to be yours now.
⠀
Thank you to everyone who has read, shared, or preordered this novel in the run-up to this moment. If you’re interested in helping OMFTT find its way to more readers, you can request her from your local library, leave a review on Goodreads or Amazon, and/or suggest OMFTT for your book club (I make zoom visits!). It’s so hard for a book to break through, and I’m so grateful for the support.
⠀
And I’m grateful to you, dear reader, for tolerating the self-promotion that necessarily accompanies a writer’s social media presence during publication. We’re not quite done with that yet, but for now: Thank you. by @emilylayden

Upstate friends: Come to my book launch!
⠀
@daisy_garrison was one of OMFTT’s very first readers when my agent @lisagrubka1 slipped her the manuscript two (!!) years ago. She has since become my favorite Swiftie, an MVP of a brainstorming partner, and the author of one of the best books of summer 2024. Pick up your copy of Daisy’s novel SIX MORE MONTHS OF JUNE, preorder OMFTT, and we’ll see you next week! by @emilylayden

OMFTT is out in THREE WEEKS! Publication, like being a person online, is so weird and vulnerable and embarrassing and I’m so grateful to these authors (all of whom I deeply, deeply admire) for lending their support to this novel. 🥹 Like someone else in this story, I might be an unreliable narrator—so don’t believe ME when I say OMFTT is a soapy, propulsive industry drama; listen to Ellie, Jessica, Katie, Rachel, and Rufi instead! by @emilylayden

Finished US copies of OMFTT are here! If you watch carefully you can see the slight terror that accompanies the realization that this thing is really permanent now.

ONCE MORE FROM THE TOP is out 9/10. Preorder 🔗 in bio.
