And just like that, it's over.

All the long days, 6 am practices, hours worth of bus rides, ice bags after ice bags, the feeling of a stuff block and the celebration of a huge kill, putting on my shoes and knee pads every single day, and playing the sport I love with my best friends.

Volleyball has always held a very special place in my heart, something I would be lost without. The lessons it has taught me over the years will be ones I will take with me forever. The amazing people I have met and been able to play with I will never forget.

Saying I will miss playing volleyball is an understatement. It is something I will truly cherish forever

🎓✨ Graduate Spotlight: Emily Kern ✨🎓

Emily is graduating Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders. She will continue her education at Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida as she pursues her master’s degree to become a Speech Language Pathologist.

Throughout her time at MSU, Emily has been a steady, dependable presence both on and off the court. Her consistency, work ethic, and quiet confidence helped make an impact on our program in countless ways. She has continually balanced the demands of academics and athletics with grace and determination.
