I have been ruminating on the story of the "Cornell Seven" and the incredibly brave woman who came forward with her story. I have been using this time to reflect on both my own and other women in my life's stories and experiences. This is not the first time I have been outraged. This is not the first time I have written down my thoughts on this notion. This is, however, my first time publicly broadcasting it. I cannot stand by and keep my thoughts and beliefs to myself anymore. I am aware that I do not have significant influence, and I alone cannot change the world; however, I feel the need to share my own words candidly instead of reposting the thoughts of someone else with whom I immensely agree. I hope that, in some small way me sharing my honest and raw thoughts, I can make even the smallest change that I wish to see for us all. by @emilyroos06
