Quick easy cleaning rhythms CHANGED 👏🏼 MY 👏🏼 LIFE 👏🏼 as a stay at home mom.

Our three main cleaning rhythms are our morning tidy (bedrooms & start laundry), afternoon reset (main floor & finish laundry), and evening shut down (kitchen & playroom). I typically don’t spend more than 10-15 minutes on any of these cleaning rhythms but I swear to you they help lower my anxiety tremendously! 👌🏼

Our morning tidy tasks include: opening all the bedroom blinds, making all of the beds, tidying any bedroom clutter (honestly minimal at this point since we do this everyday), start a load of laundry, and run the robot vacuum upstairs. I get the kids involved because I think it’s so important they learn some basic kid skills😅 but also that mom isn’t the only one capable of cleaning, lol!

Sometimes we’ll even bring music from room to room for a “morning tidy party” 🥳 which the kids enjoy sooo let’s just both agree to not tell them it’s a horrible party theme. 💁🏼‍♀️ by @emilyskender
