Every year during advent, @coastlinecovenant puts together daily devotionals written by folk in our congregation & this year I was tasked by the lovely @nikkimhernandez to do so (and it is literally impossible for anyone to say “no” to Nikki) 🫣

As I sat down to write of a time HOPE was restored in my life, I could only think of one story to share… a story that, for a while, only my dad knew (and only because he is an old man who can’t sleep past 4am & happened to call me after the whole debacle debacled).

Some video highlights for my 2021, a not so bad year:

🎓 I’ll always be nostalgic for the days I spent WFH with my very own zoom preschool teacher/children’s TV show host
🎬 Had my biggest laughs on movie nights with my CIV besties
💍 Accidental twinning, 5 years running & through a pandemic? Classic T&H
🐭 Went to the most magical place on earth twice in a month & didn’t hate it
🐎 Met my horse brother Chipeter and now I love horses? I’m a horse girl now, I guess
🐱 A moment I will remember forever, iykyk
🕺 Dancing & celebrating with my family, playing cards, losing money, and being back in Mass during my favorite season
🧶 A year of grieving, healing, and building a new church family gave me some of my sweetest moments of the year like this amazingly silly night with a bagpipe surprise
