the most common thing I hear from freshly certified instructors is that they’re stuck on how *exactly* to build a flow or program a sessionthe best Pilates instructors don’t just use the system, they incorporate smart movement and understand body mechanics to educate and empower people how to connect with their bodies…99.9% of getting clients stronger is not in the advanced work or the complex moves… it’s in the teeny tiny building blocks and layers we often overlookJust a sprinkle of some of my go to movements that have a BIG impact on how my clients move through the rest of class 💋 by @emimoves
