Same clients 12 years apart… 12 years ago, I had a dream and so much to learn. Some people laughed, doubted me, and made me feel silly for believing in myself. Literally had group chats making fun of my posts snd my lives when i would sit on here doing my makeup but thats okay today, some of those same people are in my DMs asking to book with me.
Im now fully booked doing over 100 weddings a year some years but what makes me proudest is knowing I never gave up on the girl who was just starting. Every makeover taught me something. Every year, my work grew, my confidence grew, and that dream became the business I’ve poured my heart into.

You don’t have to be amazing on day one. NOBODY is but keep practicing, keep showing up, say yes to every clients and give yourself time to grow. Always follow your dreams even when you’re the only one who believes in them. ALWAYS STAY HUMBLE + Learn from every single person you meet.
Also thank you to everyone who let me play on their faces when i was just starting! taken in The Beauty Bar STL by @eminamua
