I‘ve learned to let the darkness go and make space for love. I finally enjoy nothing more than swimming in my own frequency. But how amazing it is to share it with people who respect you. And how wonderful it is to learn from the ones who deeply inspire you. This program is a gift I will forever be grateful for.

Jedes Mal, wenn ich Teil eines Shootings sein kann, fühlt es sich so an als ob mir ein Teil meiner Seele zurückgeschenkt werden würde. Der Fotograf gibt mir die einzigartige Möglichkeit, mich selbst aus einem anderen Blickwinkel heraus zu betrachten und demonstriert mir einen bisher unerkannten Aspekt meiner Schönheit. In meiner Kindheit habe ich gelernt, mich nicht lieben zu dürfen, bescheiden zu sein und mich klein zu machen. Doch plötzlich bin ich das unerwartete Zentrum eines Kunstwerkes, das durch die Liebe meiner Seele gehalten wird. Dadurch entdecke ich eine Schöpferkraft in mir, die ich nie wieder loslassen will.

Flirting with trees // Airbending
Trees can communicate like us as they are conscious beings with thoughts, memories and feelings. To be able to hear the voice of a tree you must allow yourself to be really silent. Be aware that this moment is not about you, it‘s about a being that wants to share its beautiful essence. Breath in, close your eyes, let your ego to and allow yourself to be touched by the inner intuitive wind. It might feel like a soft flow in your heart or an almost invisible vibration in your skin. To hear the trees you must listen to yourself as we‘re all one <3

MOVING UTOPIA || „How the f*ck to find hope“

My first job as a choreographer & educator and I loved everything about it. The term „Utopia“ is for me personally closely connected to Leadership and the feeling of self-efficacy, which requires positivity, honesty and selflove. We decided to explore these qualities through writing, sound meditation and discussion. The students became creators of their inner worlds and took responsibility for the narratives and energies they’ve built around them. The result was a vulnerable and peaceful dance performance: Moving Utopia🫂🧡 by @emitheflower

Some bars written by me in the morning of new year. The intention was: „Imagine your voice sounds like Kendrick Lamar und you‘re that one toxic guy who’s broken your heart.“ After nearly one year of reflection I‘m coming to the realisation he was - just like any other "stupid" person in my life - a mirror of my own issues.
