One conversation. Different perspectives. by @emkay_amin
15 years and still going strong. This luggage has been with us since 2011, when it first travelled with me to Tokyo. 🇯🇵 15 years later, it’s still going strong and now, it has a new traveller. My daughter is using it for her studies at UiTM Shah Alam. 🎓 That’s what I call a trusted brand. @pierrecardin.my @pierrecardin a luggage that has truly stood the test of time. From Tokyo in 2011 to UiTM Shah Alam in 2026… 15 years, countless journeys, and still rolling. Some things are worth keeping. ❤️ by @emkay_amin

Alhamdulillah to have completed the inaugural CIMB X Emeritus Lead with EPICC and Purpose (LEAP) Programme Cohort 1, a meaningful leadership journey that began in November 2025 and concluded yesterday, May 14th. Over the past several months, the programme provided an enriching blend of leadership workshops, Columbia Business School Executive Education Online Programs executive education modules, coaching sessions, peer learning, simulations, case studies, and AI & Data Masterclasses. Through this journey, I gained valuable insights in: • Strategic Thinking & Business Acumen • Adaptive & Resilient Leadership • Team Collaboration, Innovation & Alignment • Ethical Influence & Decision Making • Organisational Culture & Leadership Dynamics One of the biggest takeaways for me was understanding that leadership is not only about delivering results, but also about purpose, self-awareness, integrity, collaboration, and empowering people around us. A heartfelt thank you to: • CIMB Management for investing in talent development • CIMB Learning & Development (L&D) team for organising and supporting this impactful initiative • Emeritus and Columbia Business School for delivering an engaging and world-class learning experience • All Cohort 1 participants for the inspiring conversations, collaboration, and shared growth throughout this journey Proud and thankful to be part of this pioneering cohort. Looking forward to applying these learnings and continuing the journey of growth and leadership. #LEAPCohort1 #EPICCinEveryday #Forward30 #Emeritus #KitaBagiJadi by @emkay_amin
