Following my dreams 💫
Raising barefoot babies by the beach 🌊[email protected] 🐚

POSTS STORIES REELS

One of the greatest joys of motherhood is having my sweet babies fall asleep on me 🫶🏽 it’s not always convenient or easy but I think about all the hours I have had sleeping next to my babies, holding them in my arms or in the carrier fast asleep and I wouldn’t trade it for anything in the world 💫 by @emlafrance

If I learned anything from losing my brother when I was 11 years old, it’s that nothing in this life is guaranteed. I am guilty of waiting for the “right time” to do something but every time I have just gone for it, everything has worked out beautifully. So this is your sign to hold it wide open + just go for it! #holditwideopen by @emlafrance

I could have pinched myself on the way home from the beach today. Met up with some dear friends, kiddos were in their own world playing together in the sand, stopped to see manatees on the way home, windows down, sun shining through the sunroof, beach babies napping in the back 🥹 I am soooo happy we made the move to the beach @lucasjames26 🤎 + just to remind everyone Instagram is just a highlight reel - there’s so much happening beyond what we see on here! We are in our 3rd short term rental, have been under contract twice, put an offer on another house last week that didn’t work out, our stuff is in a storage unit and we’re navigating everyday adulting like the rest of the world so it’s not all rainbows and butterflies but I am pretty stoked to be doing all that while living by the beach 😆🌞🙌🏽 #grateful by @emlafrance

Days like this.. Just a kid, his rake + @gomacro bar 🌞🌊🙌🏽 by @emlafrance

I can’t believe how big my sweet boy is getting 🥹 When we got to the front of the line for the tractor ride he said, “mom you can please go away? I want to go by myself”Don’t worry, I didn’t tear up at all.. 😭😆 We love you, Alder James!! 🤎 by @emlafrance

Went out this morning to make a return, get groceries + go to the car wash to vacuum out all the sand and somehow only one of those things done and then ended up at the beach.. What can I say, ya can’t pass up a good October beach day in Florida 🌞🤌🏽 by @emlafrance

Tough day? Saltwater. Dysregulated kids? Saltwater. Under the weather? Saltwater. 🌊🙌🏽 Even when we didn’t live close to the beach, I would still fall back on salt water via salt water baths - ancient minerals salt + magnesium! Alder would sometimes ask for two baths a day, especially in winter! We add @mitigatestress magnesium bath solution 💙 Feeling so blessed to be close to nature’s original magnesium bath 🌊 by @emlafrance

Do you ever just get this feeling that the very thing that you’re afraid of doing is exactly what you’re supposed to be doing? For me, it’s public speaking and putting myself out there 😆 What is it for you? by @emlafrance

My why ♥️ I absolutely believe we were designed to live abundant lives and live out our heart’s dreams + desires. My dream job is to raise my babies and live a life of abundance - where we can buy a home, take a weekend trip to the keys or Disney, buy the cute kids clothes and have another chai tea latte simply bc I want one 😉 For the past 3 years, I have sat on the sidelines and watched women become successful online with jealousy and an aching desire but something finally clicked where I realized they were just holding up mirrors to show me what’s been possible for myself this whole time. If they can do it, so can we ✨ Here’s to actively moving towards and claiming the life of our dreams! If you are looking for a sign to take action on something you have been desiring, this it it 🔥 by @emlafrance

Here’s what I’m up to! Just flying by the seat of my pants over here and figuring it out as I go 😆 I learned what UGC was 4 weeks ago and things are already happening, so let’s see how we go! Is anyone else already doing this? 🔥 The goal is to land 3 monthly retainer deals that I’m excited about and feel ALIGNED with, so I can stay home with my babies and contribute financially 🙌🏽 #ugc by @emlafrance

Our family beach days just got a whole lot sweeter with @mai.youarebeautiful matching suits ♥️ by @emlafrance
