a very rainy October morning in the forest. Coffee, incense, calming music, and sudoku to start the morning right 🤍

Hi, I’m Em 🤍🌲 I think it’s fun to learn more about the creators you follow - so here’s a little about me:

•I’m a proud canadian
•I live in the forest with our little family
•I love school (studied lots of politics) and work as a federal lobbyist
•I have always considered myself a moody soul (melancholic if you will) - so moody days and rainy mornings are right up my alley
•I have found a lot of joy leaning into photography, sketching and creating

I would love to learn more about you!

Oh how I’ve loved writing in my free time. I have a few articles on my Substack now: one about my forest home and how I learned to stay in the quiet (esp. while in the depths of postpartum depression), how unfinished things in life allow us a new path to walk that’s just ours, and learning how to be a little more detached to the things we used to rely on.

Let me know if you check any of these out! More to come for October. Link in my bio!
