So utterly utterly proud and in awe of my divine darling angel Twinks for storming the @bbuk house the last few weeks and making it to the bloody final!!!
No one deserves the crown more than this ray of sunshine - she is an absolute powerhouse, an icon and a diva, the kindest most caring friend and everyone’s biggest hype woman. The world is a brighter, better place with her in it 💕💕💕

Hello old friend @nationalcircus
I’ve had so much time off training this year - a mix of illnesses and making a business happen… I was very surprised to get back on the silks and find my wheel down better than ever (compared to when I was training it every week 😂). Sometimes it’s ok to walk away for a good while and come back much later… or not at all … I’ve definitely been contemplating that this year too!

I bloody love creating shoots like this. 🖤

A bit of old Hollywood, a bit of cabaret, a bit of drama… and a woman walking out feeling ten feet tall.

You do NOT need to know how to pose.
You do NOT need to be confident before you come in.
That’s literally my job.

You just turn up, trust me, and we create some magic.

I’ve got spaces open for shoots at V’s Anchor Studio, so if you’ve been thinking about doing it… message me.

No perfect timing. No waiting to be “ready”. Just come as you are. 🖤
