If you had told me I would be a certified Pilates instructor a year ago… I would have laughed in your face

But, here I am!

And I could not be happier to be on this journey.

I started Pilates after over a decade of heavy weightlifting, HIIT, CrossFit, and more.

I loved fitness, but I didn’t realized I had lost the balance in it all.

I had stopped recovering and started to overdo it.

Training like the men in the gym next to me and pushing myself to the edge (or even past it).

That lifestyle eventually led to a multitude of health and hormone issues that changed my life forever

On my journey to finding balance, I found Pilates.

A way for me to move and still give my body the recovery it needed.

What I didn’t realize, is how quickly I would fall in love with the practice.

When I eventually started working weightlifting back into my program, I was stronger than ever.

I had a mind body connection that was stronger than I ever thought possible.

I am so grateful that I found Pilates and that I now get to share what having strength while remaining soft looks like.

I have found so much peace, power, and balance in my practice and I cannot wait to share it with my community!
