Dear dance,
It’s been a minute but here you go. Little body improv, not so much emotional but very ripple focused. Thanks for still being there for me.

Much love,

Currently navigating the ever changing waters of reconnecting with my mind, soul and body. Some days are as hectic as a hurricane and some are smooth sailing. Most common are the worst days, no movement with stagnant water as far as the eye refuses to see.

Little improv after an amazing class @dance2b. Thank you @onetrickpony7 for an amazing class Friday! You beautifully talented human 💜

P.S. Super proud I didn’t almost throw up after this. Altitude change is real man and it’s been whooping my butt. by @emma_np
