So so full of gratitude and love from this weekend. My first time teaching in LA and at the most special place @movement.lifestyle 💚💚 I had no idea when I started this program how much it would change me for the better, and how much my artist/dancer heart needed to be healed. Sooooo the biggest shoutout to mL for becoming a new home to me, and introducing me to so many special people who work so hard to make the studio all it is. And most especially the wonderful @teresadeclines @b.sheniece for your constant support and trust. Okay grammy acceptance speech over class was so lovely thank you to everyone who came to dance with meeeee😚 by @emmaa.lundin
