“Be strong and do not give up, for your work will be rewarded.” 2 Chronicles 15:7

This is the bible verse that I wrote on my hand before every practice, that I wrote on my shoes, and that I would say out loud before every full out. I stayed strong and I never gave up, and while my work wasn’t necessarily rewarded with a national championship, God rewarded me in so many other ways this season that I will carry with me throughout the rest of my life. I have been rewarded with a deeper sense of passion, grit, and faith. I was also rewarded with the most pure form of love anyone could ever experience, and that is @lindenwoodcheerleading . I am a true winner because I get to wear this name across my chest, and because Lindenwood Cheer brought me my AGI family. Having each of these girls as my teammates is far more than enough for me. Getting to step on the mat and spend this season with them was truly so much more valuable than any win. I’m not sure what my future holds, but I am so blessed that God gave me the opportunity to do what I love to do with the people I love most. I wouldn’t ever trade this team, for that title.
