Movement lately has been a little bit of this and a little bit of that.

Some lymphatic drainage exercises. Heavy weights. Dancing. Yoga. Pilates. Walking. Surfing. Just bloody moving!

I almost didn't post this video because it's that time of the month where I'm feeling bloated and gross but I thought no, I want to see real bodies on this platform no matter the size or shape so surely others do too!

I don't track macros or calories. I eat a mostly whole foods diet but because i want to, it's what I enjoy and that's what is normal for me. But I also eat chocolate and ice cream every day aswell because I love that too!

Contrary to most of what the fitness side of social media has you believe. You don't have to have huge weight loss and muscle gain the goal of your fitness journey. Movement can also be FUN! All movement is good movement and if your moving your body for your mental health and to just be healthy without shrinking yourself, i'm here for it. by @emmafidock

Not sure about this low rise thing but I found this old lady skirt at the opshop today and had a vision. Pretty happy with it!

Just interrupting your typical feed by showing a no makeup, non filtered, non Botox-ed, un filled, 34 year old face! Wrinkles, spots, scars, small lips, grey hair and all!

I'm not one to judge what others do to their own appearance, I would say most of my friends have done or regularly do something to their face and I've never judged and am purely more curious than anything as to why and truly sad that it's become so normal.

It's becoming increasingly more challenging being a woman of my age growing up surrounded by so much augmentation, especially online, and truthfully so much work is done so well these days that it's hard to tell what's natural and what's not!

And don't get me wrong, I still want to look and feel good! I like nourishing my body and skin from the inside out to make myself look and feel my best, but mostly what I care about is longevity - and being healthy and happy on the inside and in turn looking that way on the outside!

As a mum of three, 2 girls and boy, I want to show all of them that every part of them is beautiful just the way they are, the differences, imperfections and all.

I hope by showing up I can encourage others to do the same, to shift the norm back to celebrating our differences and truly embrace the skin we're in. 🦋
