POST PANDEMIC LIFESTYLE
I was invited to a remote area to speak, my family were amazed at my outfit, to me it was like going to speak at 'The Ark' in Otta or convention centers in Atlanta/Florida. My heart was there, grace found us we were just four and a baby. However, i return to reflect on 'the future of work and burdened if that future will also impact the church.
1. How will remote work develop in the future?
2. What benefits are actually desired by employees?
3. What will maintain a high rate of employee retention?
My focus is on work in the future and not on church and why you should think of a remote work in addition to your 8-4/9-5 job.
A recent survey reveals a strong desire for work life balance.
Why do people want to work remotely. Survey reveals a staggering 91 percent of respondents concur that having flexible hours and the option to work remotely adds to their job satisfaction.
Additionally, remote work has an impact on employees. Life outside of work in addition to increasing job satisfaction are a major factor. Other reasons from respondent are as follows:
Their savings have increased due to working remotely by 61%.
66% said that working remotely has allowed them to be more flexible in their family lives and their morale has increased as a result of working remotely
Nearly all poll participants (96 percent) link work-life balance to their job satisfaction, slightly outperforming the next most popular benefit (flexible hours, at 91 percent).
My conclusion is that the younger generation desires remote work, some within the age range 18-40 mostly stated they would leave their current position in favor of a completely remote opportunity. Get a Side Hustle you can do remotely, you need it now.

This one makes me happy ooo, when you experience this, you will now be saying it in your heart quietly 'na me be the head of the family'. You will be shouting the bible is so real. Let me remind you marriage is sweeter when you know "blessed is he whose transgression are forgiven/Happy is the person whose sin are forgiven/Happy is the person whom the Lord does not consider guilty. Psalms 32:1&2. So God also doesn't consider us guilty all the time. This principle is strategic to enjoying marital bliss. Shalom!!! by @emmakanni
