Chimerical you✨️ ✨️

A beautiful distance, a spark across the world,
Like a rare and fleeting, solitary bloom
Yet the memory lingers, soft and undisturbed:
The most beautiful mystery I have ever observed

It's funny how I used to think painting portraits was not fun and too conforming.... by @emmaluchi_art

This painting started life as a digital piece – I messed around with colours on my computer until I got something I really liked. But I wanted to see if I could take it a step further, make it more real. So I printed it out and got to work! I used acrylics to add texture and depth, playing with light and shadow to make the whole thing pop. It's been a crazy experiment, but I'm really happy with how it turned out. It's almost like the painting has two lives – a digital one, and this whole new physical one.
Let me know what you think!.
